3. Jennifer Morrison reveals her take on Emma as the Dark One
At the Fairy Tales III convention in Paris, Jennifer Morrison gave an interview to La Bande Announce FR.
During the interview, Morrison shared that she is thinking of the new Emma, Dark Emma, as an opposite of the character she’s been playing. She explained that one important aspect of Emma going dark is that she will finally be reprieved from her role as the savior. This opens up many avenues for her to explore her own desires and needs and will allow her to be selfish. She admitted that she had not yet read the script for the premiere episode, and therefore was not completely sure of the direction the story line will take. She did seem confident, however, that her relationships, though stressed, will remain intact, because they know that many of the bad things she does are the result of the evil inside her.
