Marvel CCO says Tom Holland's Spider-Man suit will blow you away

The new Spider-Man will be premiering next year in Captain America: Civil War, but the CCO of Marvel has just made some pretty interesting comments about what the suit will be like.

In an interview with IGN, Marvel CCO Joe Quesada said that the design of the new suit is going to really impress people.

"I've seen a lot of design work that's been done on the costume," he said. "I think there are elements of it that are really going to blow people away where they are going to go 'Ah, that's Marvel doing Spider-Man.'"

He didn't go into specifics about what might be different about this new suit, but Quesada went on to express excitement over the new character. He said it's great to be working with Sony on the movie and that Kevin Feige and his team have plenty of great ideas. Quesada also said that he considers Spider-Man to be like Marvel's Mickey Mouse, the icon of everything they've built.

The new Spider-Man will be played by Tom Holland, as Sony and Marvel finally announced a few weeks ago. He will be debuting in Captain America: Civil War and appearing in his own spinoff film on July 28, 2017.
