The Simpsons doesn’t return until September but the show’s creators are still finding ways to keep up with current events. Like Stephen Colbert before them, they shared a new short which features Homer learning some of Donald Trump’s secrets.
The 90-second short, which was posted Tuesday, is called “Trumptastic Voyage” and begins with Homer getting offered $50 to be an extra when Trump announces his run for the presidency.
As usual, Homer screws up and winds up behind Trump himself on the escalator. He decides to touch Trump’s frequently mocked hair, which snaps him up and takes him on a trip through Trump’s “gravity-defying combover.”
Homer is eventually stopped, but he does save one strand of hair, only to see it whisked away in the wind.
The Simpsons will return (with Harry Shearer after all) on Sunday, Sept. 27.
