While Disney isn’t going to do a full remake of Fantasia, it was reported that they have hired Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless to write a film based on the famous “Night on Bald Mountain” segment. The duo’s credits include Dracula Untold and the upcoming The Last Witch Hunter.
