7. Cash instead of burrito
In 2013, an employee at a Michigan Taco Bell handed customers a bag containing $3,600 in cash instead of a customers' drive-thru order. Woops. Thankfully for the owner of the cash, the customers were good enough Samaritans that they returned it.
