8. Proposal gone wrong at McDonald’s
This story isn’t exactly a horror story, but a little more of a lighthearted incident to throw into the list. In June 2015, a man proposed to his girlfriend by hiding the ring in a crispy chicken sandwich from McDonald’s and it did not go so well.
