Brachiosaurus in Jurassic Park
This is the clinching moment. If the audience doesn’t buy the CG Brachiosaurus, Spielberg would have lost his audience right there. But it looks so good and - dare I suggest this - but the CGI in Jurassic Park often looks even better than the animation in World. Every time I see this moment, it sends chills. It’s one of the best things Spielberg ever put together, right up there with E.T. taking Elliot past the moon or the barrel chase in Jaws.
