Anyone who watches The Daily Show knows that Jon Stewart loves Donald Trump. The billionaire has provided Stewart with some incredible material in the past and now he’s made sure that Stewart’s last days on the show will definitely not be boring.
At the start of the show last night, Stewart called Trump’s decision a “gift from heaven.” However, before he jumped into the Trump announcement, Stewart made fun of the other candidates who are running. Then, he got to his desert, which was Trump’s announcement in New York that he will run for the Republican nomination in 2016.
Stewart then showed some highlights from Trump’s incredible, rambling speech. “This speech was so f**ked up, that in the middle of it, all the liquid in his body tried to escape from the corner of his mouth,” Stewart joked.
“Thank you Donald Trump for making my last six weeks my best six weeks,” Stewart said. “He is putting me in some kind of comedy hospice.”
