When all hope seems lost and your flight is delayed for hours, there’s only one thing to do: sing. Well, first you should make sure a Broadway singer and then you can sing.

That’s exactly what the Broadway casts of Aladdin and The Lion King did at JFK Airport in New York when their flights got delayed by six hours. The two casts decided to have a sing-off while they waited.
First, the crew from The Lion King began singing “The Circle of Life.” Then, Tony winner James Monroe Iglehart started singing “Arabian Nights” from Aladdin. It was all in good fun and other passengers stuck in the airport certainly enjoyed the show.
This isn’t the first time that casts from Disney shows spontaneously started singing in a surprising place. In August 2014, a video of the Lion King cast singing “The Circle Of Life” on a New York subway train went viral.
