FKA Twigs, real name Tahliah Barnett, is engaged to arguably one of the biggest heartthrobs of the past decade, Robert Pattinson. Naturally, she’s the target of his eager fans on social media.
Twigs, who’s gearing up to release her new album EP3, talked about Twitter trolls and having to deal with racist remarks in a new interview.
"I wouldn't say I'm completely numb to it now, but there's definitely a numbness there," she told Complex. “It is pretty horrible but ultimately, I'm in an amazing relationship. So it doesn't matter."
The couple confirmed their engagement after rapper T-Pain outed them in April.
Twigs previously talked about being at the receiving end of racist remarks back in Sept. 2014, tweeting, “I am genuinely shocked and disgusted at the amount of racism that has been infecting my account the past week,” adding, “Racism is unacceptable in the real world and it's unacceptable online.”
