While it might not be as cute as puppies, a new timelapse video of Jon Stewart’s 17-year tenure on The Daily Show is still incredible. It shows just how much he has changed over the years, growing a little grayer day-by-day.
The video was created by Billy Chasen, who wrote in the description that he has seen every episode since Stewart took over for Craig Kilborn. Not only do the images show us how much Stewart has changed, but it also reminds us of the crazy stories the comedian has covered. (Also keep an eye open for that time that John Oliver hosted.)

Last night’s Daily Show also included a flashback sketch to all the times Stewart complained about being sick.
