5. Messier and Chris
One of the lead officers, Messier, talks to Chris as they search through a furniture truck that Baitfish had tried to take, that belonged to a former Broussard Syndicate. While Chris searches, Messier tells him about a former partner he had who got lost in darkness when a burglary ended up with the death of his wife. Chris has been trying to stay busy and not think about the pain. Before he can say anything, he finds items that include Iraqi war materials that had been stolen.
