Prison records at the prison where Patrick Berkeley was being held indicate that a guard named Charles Turner had contacted Arkady. Turner had once worked security for Arkady and they think it is possible Turner had Patrick killed for Arkady. As they head down to go find Turner, Nell gives them information on the original hit man who tried to kill the Berkeleys, Nikolai Brantov, and find out he worked for a dangerous Russian criminal named Ivan Karposev. They realize Karposev is going for the oil tanker.
