3. Confession
Frank gives Danny advice on getting a confession that they can make stick by telling him how Don Kent would always make sure his arrests would stick. In order to do this, Danny goes to Curtis and is able to get him to talk when the young man sees his mother, who appears to be beat up. After an emotional talk, he finally confesses on camera to what happened while Danny tells Erin that Faith is not actually hurt, but wore makeup. Eventually, they take the confession to Mario so he can say his confession again for the camera.
