Pictures of ‘Suicide Squad’ team and Will Smith's Deadshot posted by David Ayer

Director David Ayer provided DC Comics fans with two cool pictures on Sunday, giving everyone an update on the progress of the all-villain team-up movie Suicide Squad.

His first post featured a picture of team, which is made up mostly of Batman villains. Margot Robbie is right in the center in her Harley Quinn costume. Cara Delevingne, Jai Courtney, Karen Fukuhara, Adam Beach, Joel Kinneman and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje can all see seen in the picture.

Will Smith is also in there. He’s playing Deadshot, but wasn’t wearing the character’s familiar mask. Ayer held the mask back for another photo he posted an hour later, which showed Smith’s full Deadshot costume.

Jared Leto’s The Joker was notably absent from the image, although we already know what he looks like. His absence is likely a hint that The Joker won’t be a part of the main team.

Viola Davis, who plays Amanda Waller, was also not in the image. Her character is the one who assigns the group their dangerous missions. Common also has an unknown role. Jesse Eisenberg and Ben Affleck are also expected to make cameos.

Suicide Squad hits theaters on Aug. 5, 2016 and is Ayer’s follow-up to Fury.
