7. I’m a survivor
Ever since the episode “Shattered Sight,” when Emma finally admits to Hook that she’s afraid of getting close to him because she’s afraid of losing him, “I’m a survivor” has become somewhat of a trademark line for Hook. He first told her that the one thing he’s good at is surviving.
After the turmoil of being controlled by Rumple, Hook finally gets his heart back, but it’s Emma that puts it back in his chest. In a very heated and emotional scene, he says, “I told you Swan, I’m a survivor.”
Then again, in the season finale, she thought she lost him. She watched him die in the alternate reality of the Heroes and Villains book. Upon her return to Storybrooke, she momentarily thought he did not come back with them. Then, she sees him and as she tackles him, he says, “How many times do I have to tell you luv, I’m a survivor.”
