Jon Gosselin is fighting for full custody of one of his eight children with his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin. He’s currently seeking emergency custody of one of the 11-year-old sextuplets, Hannah, and the court date is in June.

It’s no secret Jon has a contentious relationship with Kate, but now it appears that Hannah does as well. As we previously reported, Jon said in 2014 that he wanted “temporary primary custody” of all their kids “until Kate goes on a psychiatric evaluation.”

A source told InTouch Weekly of Hannah, “She said she didn’t want to go home to her mom [Kate] because she can’t take the cruelty anymore.”

He has since filed a report with Children & Youth Services.

Another issue Jon has with his ex-wife besides her alleged behavior towards the kids is that she leaves the kids with a nanny when she leaves town instead of giving him the opportunity to take care of them.

“She took off for four days last week,” a source told InTouch. “She left the kids with the nanny. Kate is supposed to give Jon first right of refusal to take care of the kids when she goes away and she didn’t."

A court date for custody of Hannah has already been set for next month.

Jon’s attorney, Kristen Doleva-Lecher, said in a statement, “His priority is what is best for the kids. [He will] fight for them.”
