Courtney Stodden apparently has a sex tape, which is being described as a solo video with no partners, and Vivid Entertainment President Steven Hirsch is attempting to sell it.

The only problem is that Stodden, who rose to fame when she married actor Doug Hutchison when she was 16 and he was 50, is claiming the tape is not for sale and he’s unauthorized to sell it.

"I want my tape back and Mr. Hirsch needs to respond to my attorney's demand letter to return it to me immediately,” Stodden told FOX411 in a statement. “My private video's not for sale. I don't need the million dollars.”

However, sex tape broker Kevin Blatt claims Stodden’s story is “BS” and that she actually signed a deal with Vivid “long ago.”

Back in 2013, Stodden revealed she had a solo sex tape, calling it “personal” and saying she never plans on selling it.

TMZ has reported Hirsch has offered her $1 million plus bonuses for the sex tape but she’s threatening legal action if he releases it.
