Bob Saget signs up for 'Fuller House,' John Stamos says

One more member of the Full House crew is definitely joining Fuller House. Star/executive producer John Stamos said this morning that Bob Saget has signed on for the new Netflix series.

“Last but not least-best piece of casting yet. The great @bobsaget will be joining our show on @netfilx - this completes the perfect reunon!” Stamos said in a tweet. He later apologized for misspelling “reunion.”

The news came just hours after Lori Loughlin confirmed that she will make an appearance as Aunt Becky. Dave Coulier is also set to make a cameo, as is Stamos. However, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen will not be appearing.

Fuller House will star original Full House actress Candace Cameron-Bure as D.J., who is widowed after her husband dies. Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber will reprise their roles as Stephanie and Kimmy, respectively, to help D.J. raise her three children.

Netflix is expected to post Fuller House next year and hopefully the original Full House series will be made available on the streaming service before then.
