3. Simmons
The team discovers the location where they believe Simmons is, who they feel could be the shooter since the sniper was left handed and Rutnam shoots with his right hand. They go on a brief stakeout before going after their suspect. But after hiding behind the dumpster, the man comes out shooting to make them shoot back. The team finds out he has been in contact with an Al-Qaeda operative and was working with them to make it look like innocent muslims were being killed by the PFA in order to stir up anti-American sentiment. They discover Rutnam is likely going to be an assassin to kill a Muslim figure who speaks out against extremists.
