4. The next target
The team figures out that all of the victims were once in a group home during the '80s at the height of a scandal involving children who claimed their teachers were abusing them. The unsub’s father had been accused of dressing up as the Devil and the psychologist involved, Doctor Susannah Regan, had gotten him sent to prison, where he was murdered. Lewis was getting revenge on the victims for their part in what happened.
