Reid is able to recognize the code the hacker used in order to find information from witness protection. It is a specialized code only learned in a particular class in Harvard. When Hotch finds out that the person would have applied for the NSA, he calls a contact to ask for help. However, the man refuses to help since he could get fired, but he writes down the name Peter Lewis.
