After Jack leaves the dinner table, Hotch begins to talk to Roy until Jessica offers her dad a chance to live with her. He doesn’t want to be a burden, but she is insistent and Hotch mentions that he would be close to Jack. When Jessica gets up to get their things, Roy points out he knows Hotch helped with her decision. He is still hurt and angry at Hotch for everything, and probably won’t ever be, and he looks at a picture of Haley as he thinks about not remembering the pain and hurt. Roy then quips that the disease may not be so bad. When Jessica comes back, she gets him up to leave while Hotch goes to spend time with Jack.
