3. Sid and Frank
Sid goes to see Frank to talk to him about what happened. He can tell Frank is feeling guilty, especially when we learn he had asked Kent to stay on his job when he was facing retirement. Sid had known about it because Kent was polling a few guys and himself about whether they would stay. He tells Frank the shooting was not his fault and that they all agreed they would stay.
