Danny is feeling frustrated not being able to do the investigation his way, especially when Thomas Kent tells him if it were the other way around, he would do all he could to find the person responsible. When Danny tries to get off of the case because he’s having a hard time following the rule book, Frank refuses to take him off the investigation.
