6. Letting the suspect go
After identifying a suspect from surveillance footage, Danny and Baez pick up Mario Hunt, who is affiliated with a gang known as Warrior Kings and has gotten past two manslaughter charges. Danny interrogates him to try and see if he’ll confess, but because they don’t have anything on him, Erin has to force Danny to let him go. It’s a tense moment between the two, especially when all Danny wants to do is get justice for Deputy Kent and his wife.
