The ‘Perks’ Audition
Dobrev auditioned for her role in Perks of Being a Wallflower via Skype. She told MTV that she was crazy about the role, but when she had to audition, she was filming and couldn't get to where she needs to be so they skyped her audition. She had to tell her set while they were in between takes that she had to use the restroom. “Guys, I'm going to go to the bathroom. I just have to pee for five minutes,” said Dobrev. “And then I went and Skyped and auditioned and there was a moment definitely a moment that we both knew this was a right fit and it worked."
