5. Jamie-Lynn Sigler – actress and singer
Best known for playing Meadow on The Sopranos, Jamie-Lynn Sigler brings a vibrancy to her characters. However, her life has not only been wonderful or fun. According to NJ.com, Sigler ended up in the hospital with an unknown illness in 2000. Her ailments were later identified as Lyme disease. Taking antibiotics cured her but not before changing her life: “I realized it could all be taken away in a moment. It's hard to explain, when you sit there and can't move anything . . .”
