Patrick Dempsey is all about moving on in 2015 and that includes trying to sell his Malibu mansion. The now-former Grey’s Anatomy star has reportedly listed the mansion for $14.5 million.
According to Zillow, the mansion has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a concrete kitchen sink and - for the artistically inclined - a sculpture studio. It covers over three acres and features an ocean views and raised gardens. There’s also a pool, seating area with a fire pit and a pizza oven.
“The exterior’s simplicity appealed to me, and the inside felt very expansive and calming. Everywhere you looked there was something visually pleasing,” Dempsey told Architectural Digest last year.
In December, Variety reported that Dempsey and his ex-wife Jillian Fink bought a micro-compound a mile from Venice Beach. It was originally built in the 1950s and was remade in the 2000s by Touraine Richmond Architects.
Last week, Dempsey’s character on Grey’s was surprisingly killed. He is already working on a new series for Sundance TV called Thee Limit.
Dempsey and Fink also filed for divorce in January after 15 years of marriage. They have three children together.
