Vin Diesel is carrying on his late Fast & Furious co-star Paul Walker’s legacy by naming his third child Pauline.

The actor and longtime girlfriend, Paloma Jiminez, welcomed a sibling for their kids; 6-year-old Hania and 4-year-old Vincent, earlier this month.

During an appearance on the Today Show on Monday, Diesel told Natalie Morales of his newborn, "I named her Pauline.”

He went on to say that he felt Walker’s presence in the room when his daughter was being born. "He was in the room," he said. "There's no other person that I was thinking about as I was cutting this umbilical cord. I just ... knew he was there."

The proud father went on to say about the name, that it’s his way of keeping “his memory a part of my family and a part of my world.”

Fast & Furious 7 will hit theaters on April 3, which is Walker’s final film. He died in a car accident in Nov. 2013.
