#7: Kirk/Janice
In the last episode of the original series, Turnabout Intruder, Captain Kirk is sabotaged by a disgruntled past love. Believing she will never gain power as a woman, she switches minds with Kirk and then tries to kill him while he is trapped in her body so that she can remain in his, thus achieving her life’s goal of captaining a starship. It takes Spock mind melding with the woman’s body to fully convince him that the conscience in the body was actually Kirk’s. Of course, in the end and with Spock’s help, he gets his body back.
