#1: Spock dies
In the second Star Trek motion picture, The Wrath of Kahn, Spock must sacrifice himself in order to save the USS Enterprise and its entire crew. Prior to doing so he mind melds with Bones so that his memories will remain, and thus he will not be forgotten. This video does not just show his mind meld with Bones, but the entire sequence from their attempt to stop through his burial in space.
Not only is this the number one mind meld of all time, but it is fitting with Leonard Nimoy’s last public words via Twitter in which he admits that we all physically die, but our memories live on after we depart, ending his tweet with LLAP (Live Long And Prosper).
