10. Andrea
It wasn’t until season three that Andrea was killed and turned into a zombie but that point, it was clear she wasn’t getting out of her relationship with the Governor, played by David Morrissey, alive. Even though Andrea didn’t have the best character arc or dialogue, this was the start of the massive destruction that would be had by the hands of the Governor.
