2. Cruella
There have been several theories about how Cruella fits into the Once Upon a Time universe. Due to Cruella’s obsession with dogs, some of them have revolved around her and the werewolves (i.e. Ruby, her mother, and her grandmother). Here’s one, again from Enchanted Theories, although now that we’ve witnessed her powers of animal persuasion, this may not hold as much weight.
