CBS News’ Lara Logan is back in the hospital for issues stemming from a sexual assault she suffered while on assignment in Egypt.

She was in the hospital last month for internal bleeding and a spokesperson for the network was vague about her condition, only saying they wished her a “speedy recovery” at the time.

The CBS spokesperson now tells TheWrap, “We were sorry to learn that Lara was readmitted to the hospital yesterday,” again saying, “We wish her a speedy recovery.”

The most we know about the 60 Minutes correspondent’s sexual assault and aftermath is from her friend Ed Butowsky. He told Breitbart News that the attack was “brutal” and she’s been under immense “physical suffering” from it for the past two years.

Logan was sexually assaulted in 2011 while covering the Arab Spring. Butowsky said, “She has not only a mental but a physical tattoo of what these savages do to people. Tip your hat to all reporters brave enough to do this type of work.”

He also said, “Very few people know how stoic and incredibly tough this lady is,” saying she’s been in the hospital four times in the past year.
