Heavy metal cover of 'You're The One That I Want' is pretty insane

Songs from Grease aren’t exactly made to be covered by heavy metal bands, but that didn’t stop one Metal cover band called Tragedy from doing a version of “You’re The One That I Want.”

The group made a full, professional music video for their version of the song, which starts off with them reenacting a scene from the movie. Then, it segues into the song itself, which is - for lack of a better term - totally epic.

Tragedy is a group that spends its time making covers of songs you wouldn’t think a Metal band would perform. They actually focus on the music of the Bee Gees and are touring the U.K. this month.

At least it sounds better than the awful Metal version of Mary Poppins’ “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.”
