Fox's 'Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader,' 'Wayward Pines' launch in May

Fox has set its summer schedule, which will include a revival of Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader? and the retooled So You Think You Can Dance. The anticipated event series Wayward Pines will kick off in May.

Wayward Pines will debut on Thursday, May 14 at 9 p.m. The 10-episode series will get an international premiere, debuting in 125 countries on the same day. M. Night Shyamalan is an executive producer on the show, which is based on Blake Crouch’s books and stars Matt Dillon as a Secret Service agent.

Masterchef returns for a sixth season on Wednesday, May 20 at 8 p.m. with a two-hour episode.

On Tuesday, May 26, Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader? comes back at 8 p.m. IT will be followed by a new episode of Hell’s Kitchen.

SYTYCD, with returning judge Paula Abdul, will start a new season on Monday, June 1 at 8 p.m. The season will feature competitions between stage dancers and street dancers.

Lastly, a new trivia show called BOOM! starts on Thursday, June 25. Hosted by comedian Tom Papa, the series features the audience and players getting stuff dumped on them if they get a question wrong.

Fox also announced when the finales for its current shows will air. Here’s the list:

The Following - Monday, May 18; 8:00-10:00 PM
Bones - Thursday, June 4; 8:00-9:00 PM
Hell’s Kitchen - Tuesday, June 9; 9:00-10:00 PM
