Bethenny Frankel takes a lot of heat in the press for her thin frame, specifically when she put on her 4-year-old daughter’s pajamas and started a whirlwind of backlash on Instagram.

In what the Real Housewives of New York star now refers to as “pajama gate,” she explained to Andy Cohen during a special one-on-one Watch What Happens Live episode that she never saw it as a big deal.

When Cohen pointed out it started a “dialogue” about how thin she is, he asked her if she thinks she’s too thin.

"Do I think I can be [too thin] sometimes? Yes," she said. "When I'm very tired and stressed out, people think I'm more thin. And it's always the times I feel like I'm really stressed out, because I get black circles and my face looks drawn in. But, maybe. I run around like a total maniac."

She also sarcastically said of the media attention that comes with her brand, Skinnygirl, it's almost like with a name like that, “you are looking for it.”

Frankel also discussed her current dating life and her realization about being on reality television during the interview, which aired Sunday.
