Authorities in Ohio have issued an Amber Alert for a missing six-week-old baby girl and are searching for the man suspected of kidnapping her.

The News Herald noted that the Cleveland Police Department said little Kemyra Foust went missing around 11 p.m. local time on Thursday and is believed to have been abducted by Ramon Ogletree.

NBC 24 reported that the 25-year-old Ogletree is the ex-boyfriend of Foust’s mother and has a history of mental health issues. He does not have a car and could still be traveling with the child on foot.

“The suspect does not have a vehicle and may be travelling on foot, making cold temperatures a concern,” police said.

Ogletree is a black male about 6 feet tall and was last seen wearing gray jogging pants, a dark hooded sweatshirt and a black hat. Police say if you spot the suspect do not approach him, but instead call 911 as he is known to sometimes carry a weapon. Foust was last seen wearing a pink shirt, pink pants and red socks.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact authorities immediately.
