A Deer Park, Texas Walmart customer who headbutted an employee last weekend. After video of the fight surfaced online, the woman was charged with assault.
The fight happened on Feb. 7 and was between Alice Keener and Jessica Albitz.
Police told KHOU that she didn’t want to press charges, but she changed her mind when her dentist told her that the headbutt knocked two teeth. She called police on Feb. 11 to press charges and provided medical records to back her up.
Albitz later spoke with Click2Houston and showed no remorse for her actions.
“I hope I broke her nose,” Albitz told the station. “I hope she has two black eyes, and I hope she remembers me for the rest of her life.”
Albitz said that Keener was an employee, working at the Jackson Hewitt stand inside the store. During the tax session the day before, Keener was “talking trash” about her husband, according to Albitz.
On the next day, Albitz went back to the same Walmart to go shopping. When she walked by the stand, she heard Keener curse under her breath.
“I turned around and said something back, and she got out her cubicle and chased me to the entrance,” Albitz said. “She spit in my face, calling my mother a (expletive). I'm sorry. I love my family and I'm going to take up for my people.”
