5. Judy Davis, A Passage To India
In 1984, David Lean released his final film, A Passage To India, based on E.M. Forster’s novel. Sure, it’s not as perfect as his earlier classics, but Judy Davis certainly gave a worthy performance as Adela Quested, who is caught in the middle of a scandal after an Indian man is accused of attempting to rape her.
