10. I choose you
In this scene Robin finally makes a choice between Marian and Regina. He decides to follow his heart to be with the woman he now loves, Regina. When he tells Regina this, she is somewhat shocked, because she thought he’d want to keep his marriage intact for the sake of his son. However, Robin figures he can teach Roland to be honest by being with the one he truly loves. Besides, in a previous encounter between Marian and Regina, Marian told her flat out that she knew they were in love, and she wanted Robin to choose who he wanted to be with. She didn’t want him to be with her out of duty. If, indeed, he chose Regina, Marian said she’d let him go.
