2. His Girl Friday, 1940
Grant worked with Howard Hawks once again and was paired with Rosalind Russell in another hilarious screwball. Only Grant could deliver dialogue this fast and it’s brilliant. Again, he gets some great scenes that center on making Ralph Bellamy (playing the third wheel role again) look like a fool.
