Two of the most-nominated artists at the Grammys will perform during the ceremony. Both Sam Smith and Pharrell Williams will take the stage.
The Recording Academy announced the second wave of performers for the 57th Annual Grammy Awards, adding Smith and Williams to the lineup, along with Common, John Legend, Miranda Lambert and Usher.
Legend and Common, who both have two nominations each, will perform their Oscar-nominated song from Selma, “Glory.” Common is up for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration (“Blak Majik”) and Best Rap Album (Nobody’s Smiling). Legend was nominated for Best Pop Solo Performance (“All Of Me [Live]”) and Best Rap Song (“Bound 2”).
Smith and Williams have six nominations each, tying them for the most nominations with Beyonce. All three are competing for Album of the Year.
Country superstar Lambert was nominated for four awards, including Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country song for “Automatic.” Her Platinum was nominated for Best Country Album.
Lastly, Usher is up for four awards as well. His “Good Kisser” was nominated for Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song.
The previously announced performers include Eric Church, AC/DC, Madonna and Ariana Grande.
The Grammys are scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 8 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on CBS at 8 p.m.
