Liam Neeson and Maggie Grace have worked together on three Taken films now, so they’ve formed a close relationship over the eight years they’ve known each other.
While on Conan on Thursday night, Grace told a funny story about her film dad prank calling an ex-boyfriend for her.
She admitted she was a “hot mess” after the split and when she told Neeson about it, he told her “We have to set this kid straight,” Daily News reports.
In the recording, which O’Brien played for his audience, Neeson is heard using his intimidating voice to do just that.
Neeson called him using his Taken character’s notorious voice, telling him, “This is Brian Mills. We’ve never met, and if you play cards right, we never will.”
“Now listen (expletive), you’re lower than the pond scum so I’m just going to say this once,” he continued to tell him. “You’ve made two mistakes: Your first mistake was dating out of your league. Your second mistake, well, let’s just say any more mistakes and I’ll break your other arm – slowly.”
He went on to use his Taken line, “I don’t need to say it, but I have a particular set of skills and I don’t want to waste them on you. Now get your s--t together.”
Taken 3 is now out in theaters.
