Actor Olivier Martinez and his wife, Oscar winner Halle Berry, arrived at LAX on Sunday and were met with the flashing cameras of a paparazzi mob. Martinez was clearly not happy and video shows him pushing someone back with an empty baby car seat.
LAX Airport Police told TMZ that one of the photographers got too close to Berry and Martinez, who were there with Berry’s daughter Nahla and their son, 1-year-old Maceo. Martinez allegedly shoved the car seat against an LAX employee who was also in the crowd, but it’s not clear if the employee was also trying to get a picture.
The alleged victim complained of abdominal pain and did file a battery report. He was also taken to a hospital.
According to ET Online, Martinez and Berry were allowed to leave the airport.
Martinez and Perry were spending the holidays in Paris. Berry is among the celebrities who were vocal in their support for a California law to protect celebrities’ children from being bombarded by paparazzi.
