Bill Cosby’s problems just got worse, as a woman is now suing the embattled Cosby Show star for underage sexual abuse.
Judy Hath, now 55, is accusing Cosby is sexually abusing her when she was just 15 years old at a party at the Playboy mansion in 1974.
TMZ reports Hath filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court. Her reasoning for waiting this long to take legal action is that she only recently tied her emotional issues to the incident.
In lawsuit, she claims he took her into a bedroom and started to "sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent."
LA Times reports she also claims before they went to the Playboy mansion, he served her and a friend alcoholic drinks at his tennis club. She said he made her drink a beer every time he won a game of billiards.
