7. Minions
Despicable Me feature some loveable characters but the star of the film quickly became the minions that worked for the evil mastermind Gru. Now the minions are getting their own feature film and this looks like a fun family friendly film to keep in mind next year. The Minions bring such humor and heart to the films, giving them their own film and telling their origin story might have similar qualities that made Despicable Me so popular.
