Joan Rivers’ will was revealed on Tuesday, showing her daughter Melissa Rivers is the executor of her estate. The Fashion Police star left a sizeable amount of money to various charities close to her heart.
Rivers died at the age of 81 in September after complications from surgery on her vocal chords.
Page Six obtained a copy of the will, showing she set money aside for charities benefiting the Jewish community and dogs.
She left money to California's Guide Dogs for the Blind, the Jewish Guild for the Blind in Manhattan, the Simon Wiesenthal Center, God's Love We Deliver, the Jewish Home and Hospital Federation of Manhattan and The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
She named her grandson Cooper, niece Caroline Waxler and nephew Andrew Waxler as beneficiaries, E! Online reports.
She left money to her publicist Scott Currie and assistants Jocelyn Pickett and Sabrina Lott Miller, and business manager Michael D. Karlin and interior designer Robert Higdon were named co-executors.
Melissa has“the broadest and most absolute permissible direction” and was left all of her tangible properties. No money amounts were disclosed on the will but her estate is estimated to be worth around $150 million.
