Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are both at the top of their game in the country music industry, but The Voice star joked about competing with her during a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live.
He went on to joke about the nature of her music, which millions of fans love. When she gets competitive with him, he just lets it happen.
“All her music is about killing guys and burning their houses down and beating up people … that’s my wife! What do you want me to do? I’m not going to challenge her!” he joked.
Shelton is more than willing to talk about his wife during interviews but he did reveal they won’t be doing any joint interviews together during an interview on 60 Minutes last month.
